Asus ROG Phone ୲୲ Launched
Asus has come knocking hard at the doors of gamers with the launch of their latest Gaming-focused flagship, the Asus ROG Phone ୲୲ and it has brought alongside, robust specifications, 10-Bit HDR supporting 120 Hz display, unique accessories and more.
ROG Phone ୲୲ is the much-anticipated upgrade to the original Asus ROG phone that was released last year. The ROG Phone ୲୲ is aimed at gamers and heavy users, which is evident by looking at its beefed-up spec sheet and not the Republic of Gamers brand name that it carries.
Perhaps the most impressive part of the phone is the 19.5:9 ratioed 6.69-inch 1080p OLED screen with 10-Bit HDR support, with everything refreshing at 120 Hz. The refresh rate of the touch panel is set at 240 Hz, which should mean industry-leading touch response. At either bezel are placed DTS:X Ultra enabled stereo speakers.
Powering this beast is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 plus, 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. To keep things running and running for long, Asus has packed in a massive 6000mAh battery. A 48MP rear and 13MP front camera also accompany the Phone.
Other bells and whistles include AeroActive Cooler ୲୲, ROG Kunai Gamepad and a bunch of Docks for image output.
